I've used many companies to send gift baskets, but Gourmet Gift Baskets stands out. The quality and how they look are amazing. The people I’ve sent them to always love them and can't stop talking about it. It’s my first choice for gift baskets now. The way they present the baskets is spot on, and the fruit is fresh and really good (which is key). They have their own bakery, and the treats taste way better than homemade. The contents are always really classy. The best part? My recipients even send me baskets from them too!

I bought a gift basket for my sister's new home. They tried to deliver once, then sent it on Monday. They only refunded $3.95 of the $25 shipping fee. I'm disappointed. The gift was liked, but it came three days late. I picked this company for next-day delivery.

I’ve ordered from this site a few times and was happy with the service. But when I went to place another order to get the 20% discount I was told about in an email and use my rewards cash from past orders, it wouldn’t let me do both. It’s a bit rude to offer a discount and then not let me use the rewards I earned earlier. I called customer service and they said I could only use one or the other. The rewards money came from past orders, so why not let me use it with the discount? I won’t be shopping here again. They don’t seem to value returning customers.

Got a pricey gift basket from this company.

Got a pricey gift basket from this company. Chocolate was old, stale and in strange packaging. One small box had lindt truffles and a photo copy of the nutritional value. Other items were crushed and had to be crushed prior to putting in the box. Feels like this has been sitting on a shelf for years and items regifted. Don't purchase from this company.

The basket arrived at the wrong address, and this “family-focused” company claimed they couldn't do anything. It would have been great if they fixed the error!!! It's too bad, as I was excited, but it seems they don't really care.
