Stay away
I’m beyond frustrated with Wanderprints. Here’s the ordeal:
In late November 2024, I ordered a Christmas ornament from Wanderprints. Before placing my order, I meticulously checked their cancellation and modification policy. Their site claimed you have a two-hour window to cancel, and customer support typically responds within 48 hours. This assurance gave me the confidence to proceed.
However, minutes after submitting my customized order, I realized I forgot an important detail. I immediately opened a ticket requesting to cancel the order and promised to place a new one. I even went ahead and ordered again with the correct details. Despite multiple attempts to contact them and numerous generated tickets, I received nothing but automated responses acknowledging my email/ticket.
Fast forward to this week, and after an unreasonable delay, both orders arrived. That's right—both the order I tried to cancel and the corrected one, despite my repeated requests to cancel the initial order. And of course, my credit card was charged twice.
To add insult to injury, the product quality is abysmal. It looks cheaply made, as if printed on a home printer.
Bottom line: avoid Wanderprints. Their customer service is non-existent (unless you count an avalanche of marketing emails), their delivery times are absurdly long, and their products scream low quality. **Stay away!**
