We weren't satisfied
We weren't satisfied with the outcome, so we suggested changes which were largely disregarded. My partner then asked to speak to someone, but received an email instead. Consequently, she terminated the order, and were told that if we don't accept the alterations, the item will be printed without them. We reminded of the cancellation and were told it would be verified within two days, however, this still hasn't been done and our payment isn't back yet.
