Miss representation of item, plastic not glass.

Item was missed represented by saying glass sun catcher and recieved plastic ornament. When confronted company it returned a pcture of a second page saying acrylic plastic whish does not show on representation of item when ordering, but does say glass sun catcher. Company does not take zny responsability for miss representation. of item and just writes you off. The cost of a plastic ornament it self is to much. Highly recommend avoiding this company.

Incorrect sizing and awful customer service

Incorrect sizing and awful customer service I bought a Father’s Day jogger in size medium and the sizing looked off. My husband tried it on and it was tiny. I measured and sent photos to customer service showing the sizing was for a small size (according to their website’s measurements chart) and never heard back from them. It’s been almost two weeks. I’d like my money back or the item in the correct size. Awful service

Terrible shoddy business

Placed an order in March and still waiting for delivery. Sent them a number of emails only to get asked to check either my postal service or my inbox. Postal service say they have never received anything from them and checking my inbox.. Well that's rubbish too.. Deliver or pay my money back.. Poor service and please don't waste your money guys.! I WANDER if I'll ever get my delivery .. Ha ha

never receivied my item

I order a item in Dec 2024, everything seem to be ok until delivery, never got the item , have put in dozens of ticket and it got to where one time they give me a USPS tracking info and next time it would be a UPS tracking, but they never go anywhere, but I'm not giving up, I just want the item or my money back

I placed an order on 12/9/2024 for a Christmas ornament and was led to believe it would be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. I just checked the latest update and it now shows 1/1/2025. Totally unacceptable since their website shows totally different ETA information. Do not trust their promised ETAs.

Item Never Received

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. When I click on the tracking link they sent to me (which was probably a mistake because it was some weird name) it shows my order arriving in Jamaica. I will be reporting this as a FRAUDULENT CHARGE to my credit card company

Scam artists

Do NOT buy anything from these clowns. I ordered custom PJ's for my daughter for Christmas. They claimed to have delivered, yet the package was NEVER received. They have stopped answering me regarding a re-make, or even a refund. Stay far away from these rip-off artists!!!

I order for a month now and no info or anything is a scam please don't spend your money and I spend more than 150£ on this please be careful not to give money away

I ordered a customized gift and never received it. Their website does not work to track the item and there is no way to contact the company.
