I've had a positive experience with the signs I've purchased. The first sign, while excellent, took a bit longer to arrive than I would have liked. However, the second sign was delivered more promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. Currently, I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of the third sign. My decision to order multiple signs reflects my overall satisfaction with the quality of the products, as I wouldn't have made additional purchases if I weren't pleased with the goods.

Item exactly as described

Although I ordered early enough to get by Christmas, it arrived 12/30. But the item is exactly as described, it looks great and is well made. The company returned my emails promptly when I asked about delivery time. If I wanted to purchase an item again, I would order well in advance. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you!!

I placed an order for a bereavement blanket on 11/15/2024. Unfortunately, I didn't get a confirmation email, and there is no contact number for customer service. I don't have any tracking information either. It's disappointing that there's no one to reach out to. No phone number, no real online chat, and emails are unanswered.

We got two signs and we really like them. We're a mixed-race couple and we appreciate all the options to make the signs personal. One thing though, it would be good to have an option for black men's hair. Other than that, we really like these signs!

The final result looked great, I just didn’t pay enough attention to the dimensions and realized the size was too small, around A4. I would have gladly paid extra for a larger one.
