    Company didn't deliver my order on Mother's

    Company didn't deliver my order on Mother's Day as I wanted. I told them to cancel it and give money back. They said they couldn't find the place and sent it two days late anyway. Hardly any way to get in touch if you're in the US. Their email doesn't work and the complaint form isn't good. Bad experience. Won't use again.

    This company is a big fraud and cheat.

    This company is a big fraud and cheat. Don't buy anything from them. They say my order is delivered, but I haven't received anything. I've been trying for two months to get my money back, but they only offer refunds to my wallet, and even after 15 days, the money still isn't there.

    They won’t set a specific time for delivery

    They won’t set a specific time for delivery, only saying 9am to 9pm. When you call to ask for a slot, they’ll say before 6pm or before 7pm, but it’s only when it suits them. Totally let down as everyone waited hungry for the cake! Avoid these folks.

    Unreliable service!

    Unreliable service! We requested same day delivery, but our order never arrived. Reaching out for support is impossible. Emails bounce back and WhatsApp messages go unanswered. We made numerous international calls and only got a response once, with no useful info and instructions to check our emails. No emails were ever sent, and our order is still pending. It feels like a scam... Avoid this service at all costs.

    Awful experience with this company. It's a scam; no one seems to want to take responsibility or step up. Don't count on getting your gift. These clowns are messing with people's feelings on important days for their family and friends. Hope they face serious consequences soon.
