Absolutely dreadful

Absolutely dreadful experience with Pawfecthouse.com! I ordered a product for Father's Day while my dad was away, but it never got delivered. I tried reaching out to their customer support team three times via email, but to my dismay, no response at all! The lack of communication and the non-delivery of the item left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected much better service and responsiveness from them, especially during a special occasion like Father's Day. This incident has left me with no intention of buying anything from this website again. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend Pawfecthouse.com to anyone based on my negative encounter.

I bought the mug for Mothers day.

I bought the mug for Mothers day. It looked like a nice gift, and it is, but I was really put off by how much the shipping cost. I decided to go ahead with the order since I thought it would be a good present. I emailed them about it, and they offered me free shipping on a second mug... which I did buy for someone else. The mug that came was beautiful and very carefully packed. I'm excited to get the second one. If you lowered the shipping price, I'm sure you’d get a lot more customers. I have to say, the mug is great and I’m sure it’ll be loved.

I think I left a review for Shop before, but man, let me tell you, we're head over heels for this collar! Kallie, our second pup, is rocking the Cape Breton tartan collar – just like our old furry friend we had for a sweet sixteen years. Since Kallie's a light cream-colored cutie, that wider collar is just too adorable. It's going straight onto her Christmas stocking – can't wait! And get this, I've even snagged a couple of these awesome collars for friends who've left Cape Breton, and they're loving them too. Huge thanks again!

I purchased an item and then realized I forgot to add something to my order, so I tried to catch it, but they had already finished it. They offered to remake it for a much lower price, but I decided not to. The company reached out several times to check how the issue was being handled. In the end, they really went above and beyond, even though I admitted it was my mistake. They corrected it at no extra cost, which was really kind of them. Their customer service is the best I've experienced.

I noticed how good my friend's shirt looked, so I got one for my boyfriend. They had lots of patterns to choose from. It was easy enough to make one with a pic of my boyfriend’s dog. I had a couple questions for customer service, and they replied fast. The shirt came just when they said it would, not too long after I placed the order, which was nice. He really likes this shirt. I think anyone should grab something from PawfectHouse for themselves or for someone who loves animals.

With Father’s Day approaching, I visited their website because my dad loves personalized gifts. I ordered a custom shirt with a design featuring me, him, and my brothers. He really liked it, and the quality was good for the price. It arrived surprisingly fast too, considering I ordered it only about two weeks before Father’s Day.

Wow! The material and product were great! The colors were very bright, and the fabric feels very soft. There is no inner lining, so don’t think of these as just swim shorts. On the bright side, my son hates them and cuts them out anyway. So these worked well! I don’t review many things, but these deserve 2 thumbs up. Totally worth the cost. He really loved them!!! Laughed so much….

I liked Oakley’s so much, I had to get one to remember Panther. Then, a week after that, our 15-year-old chihuahua also passed. Thank you for the lovely memorials for our dear fur family. They were really perfect!

Th memoral for my preashus dog came axactly as described. I didn’t realize there were felt tops on the back so you could display inside as I wanted it for outside as a grave marker, but that was a good “extra” touch. The quality is good and appears to be something that will last. I’d order again.
