I got my lovely Keychain today of my dog. It looked just how I hoped. The work was really good and it realy looks like my dog. This is going to be a nice thing I hold onto for a long time. Glad I got it! I would definetly tell others to try this company for pet keepsakes.

My order was not right at first. I reached out to customer support and they were great. Soon, I got the right throw (sherpa lined) and I really like it. I’ll always miss my boy, but now I can wrap myself in his memory… it’s beautifull!

The company's sign had names that seemed botched at first, but customer service explained it was intentional. They offered a partial refund to address my concern. I haven't put up the sign due to bad weather, but I'm eager to do so.

The mug I got for Mother's Day came broke. I texted Pawfect. They said they'd replace it free. But not by Mother's Day. The new one came yesterday (5/22/24). Mom loves it. Said her coffee tasted better. Thanks Pawfect!!!

Not quite what I thought it would be. It was made from a thin fabric. I thought it would be a little more heavy. But it’s alright. The fit felt a bit off. Not very comfy on my head. But it’ll do. Also, the shipping took longer than I hoped. But I guess that’s because it came from another country. I didn’t notice that when I ordered it. That’s probably on me for not looking closely. So all in all, I’d say the purchase was fine. Thanks!

The company delivers orders fast and at a lower price compared to other websites. However, they send too many emails. It's annoying to receive 4 to 5 emails after placing an order. One email confirming the order and another when it's dispatched with a tracking number would suffice. Overall, the service is good.
