Getting a reply through emails is really tough

Getting a reply through emails is really tough even though they promise to reply within 48 hours. It took me sending 3 emails and more than 10 days before they got back to me. Another thing is they don't tell you upfront that some items are from overseas and there's an extra international fee that pops up on your bank statement, not included in the initial price.
