    I got a custom shurt and it came out so good! Fit was great, colors vibrant and printed nicely, fabric is breezy and comfortable. I will buy again!! Shipping isn’t "Amazon prime fast" but it’s custom made! Tracking was excellent.

    I ordered from this company before and was happy with it so came back to get another customized print made. I made a slight change after I’d sent it and they responded quickly and made the adjustment. Great communication!

    I really like the shirt!

    I really like the shirt! It's a great piece. I'm a bigger dude with big arms, and the shirt fits well everywhere except the sleeves! They're way too tight for some reason.

    I came across this USA

    I came across this USA 250 anniversary shirt online, and it caught my eye with a price tag of $32. Seemed like a decent deal, so I decided to order an X-large. But when I got to the checkout, the total was $46. Turns out, they were charging $8 more for an X-large compared to a small! I usually spend around $60 to $75 on high-quality dress shirts, and never have I encountered extra charges based on size. Frustrated, I canceled my order. It's strange how some brands think they can get away with these sneaky tactics. Not going back there, and I’m definitely sharing this experience with everyone I know.

    While over-all the product was good

    While over-all the product was good, shipping left much to be desired. First attempt, the photo was not to the mock-up scale, which Geko Custom reached out on saying a replacement could be sent. In that same email, receipt in time for Father’s Day was guaranteed or a full refund would be made. The replacement could not be tracked and after multiple emails, it was determined to be “lost.” A second replacement was then sent, no issues other than arriving a week after Father’s Day, but when I reached back out for status on the refund, was told “Sorry that we do not provide a refund in this case. This is the third shipment that we sent out for your order.” Stand by your guarantee!

    Ordered a pair of socks and

    Ordered a pair of socks and got them. The sock quality? A+, no complaints there. But, oh boy, the picture I chose turned into a blob – couldn't even see the dog's face. It was a total blur. Called up customer service, and to my surprise, they were super helpful. Sorted me out with a return and a refund for the whole order. Props to their customer service game!

    They never sent me anything!

    They never sent me anything! I tried to reach out by email and text, but no reply. I ended up filing a credit card dispute. They say my rug was delivered, but the tracking shows it was only handed to the last delivery person.

    Poor customer service and delivery issues

    I ordered from Gecko Custom on May 7, 2025. I ordered a graduation banner for my house to display for my son’s high school graduation. When I placed the order, I was told my order would arrive between May 21 and June 1. His graduation is June 6, so this would have been plenty of time to display it. First of all, this company ships from China, but they don’t disclose that at any point in the ordering process. You don’t know until it ships. Then when it did ship, the tracking information was very vague, and my package wouldn’t move for days. When I inquired about it, I got what looked like automated responses about how sometimes tracking information takes time to update and my package would arrive in the standard shipping time of 17-22 business days and would be to me by June 5. That was quite different from what my delivery time frame was when I placed the order. Now my order appears to be lost in the mail, as nothing has happened with it since May 28, and it’s now June 6, the day of my son’s graduation. I ended up having to order another banner from a different company that I didn’t like as much as the one I ordered from Gecko, but I did that so at least I’d have one. And I’ve reached out to the company twice now for a refund, and they haven’t even responded to my emails. They had no problem responding before, but as soon as I emailed them questioning the legitimacy of their business and asking for my money back, they stopped responding. And they don’t have a phone number. You can only contact them through email, and the responses are very vague and generic. They never really address concerns specifically.

    Run! Do not buy. . .

    I ordered pajamas on 12/28/24 for my sister for her birthday. Almost a month later, she still hasn't received them. Gecko has essentially dismissed my concerns by "thanking" me for being patient. I asked for a price reduction and they have ignored me. I posted a review of my experience and they had it removed despite their claiming "At GeckoCustom We Fight Fake Reviews!" My review was honest and professional. Their refusal to post the truth was dishonest and unprofessional. I requested my money back but they have not responded. I have full confidence I'll need to file a claim through my credit card company. I checked back through their reviews (which I should have done before I placed my order in December) and multiple people have complained that their orders were exceedingly late. Do not buy from this company.

    Frustrated - horrible customer service

    I ordered a hoodie and pajama pants for my daughter for Christmas on November 25th. I received many emails thanking me for the purchase and when they were shipped. I received a notice that both these items were shipped on December 4th (same shipment) including a tracking number. When I received the package the only item in there was the hoodie (which was very nice) but no pajama pants. So I immediately put in a ticket letting them know I did not receive the pajama pants. So far I have put in 3 tickets looking for them and I have only received one response asking me to send a picture (of what I do not know since I never received it). It has been crickets since. I am so frustrated. I am hoping maybe putting in a review might get them to respond to a ticket. All I want is what I paid for.

    False Advertising - Do Not Order From This Company

    The Photo and writing is almost invisible on the beer glass I received. I paid almost $70 Australian dollars for this!! See Photos attached. This is despite the company advertising full colour photo quality prints when marketing ALL of their glass products. The whole way throughout the ordering process you are shown pictures of your glass with a full colour photo and bold, bright print. Not once are you told that the finished product will look completely different than what they promise! Upon emailing customer service twice for an explanation, I was basically told that what I ordered is what I got! No offer of compensation or rectification! The marketing and ordering process deliberately misleads customers! I was ripped off big time - hopefully others won’t make the same mistake!!

    Got scammed

    I ordered from GeckoCustom because they guaranteed delivery before Mother’s Day. That promise convinced me to spend my money with them. Days later? No tracking number, no shipment, no actual accountability. Just vague excuses about the shipping carrier being “too busy.” Sounds like a scam to me. At this point, I genuinely feel like I got scammed. They took my money, made a time-sensitive promise, and completely ghosted on the follow-through. I had to reach out just to get a canned response. Don’t waste your time or your money with this company. If you’re ordering for a special occasion, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. GeckoCustom is unreliable and unprofessional—and based on my experience, they absolutely cannot be trusted.

    I got this coffee mug

    I got this coffee mug with my three adorable dogs on it, thinking it would be a cute keepsake. The pictures started fading way too soon. Tried reaching out to customer service, but getting them to respond was like pulling teeth. I had to send so many messages and open new cases repeatedly. After a whole month, they finally replied, but told me they won’t replace anything after 30 days. Seriously? They should've warned me the image might not last. Who buys a personalized mug expecting it to fade? Honestly, I could've just bought a plain white mug and saved the hassle. The whole experience left me frustrated, and the product quality was disappointing.

    You won't believe what happened

    You won't believe what happened with my recent online order. I stumbled upon this site that seemed super legit and thought, why not? But then, surprise! My package wasn't coming from the US—it was shipping all the way from China. I felt totally tricked. First, the prices seemed steep, and now there’s the added stress of possible tariffs. When I tried to cancel and get my money back, customer service was like, “Too late, it’s already shipped.” The whole thing felt shady. I’m telling everyone I know to steer clear of this company. Transparency clearly isn’t their thing, and I'm not falling for it again. Stay away if you value your time and money!

    Beware! Not shipped from US

    BEWARE that the products are NOT shipping from within the US! The website is certainly sneakily designed to give that impression. I never would have ordered from them if I’d known that. Once I saw that the package was coming from China, I was positively livid. The products are already overpriced, and now I’m going to be slapped with a tariff as well. I contacted customer service to complain about the lack of transparency and demanded a cancellation and full refund for this scammy behavior. Their response was basically just “Oh well. It’s already on its way.” So my response is to spread the word everywhere I can online to AVOID THIS COMPANY!

    I ordered some stuff online

    I ordered some stuff online from Geckocustom on December 16, 2025, and it was supposed to be delivered by January 4, 2025. I got a notification saying it arrived, but when I checked outside, there was nothing there. I even looked at the Yanwen site for proof of delivery, and there was just a picture of a hand in a car, saying it was accepted personally, which was weird. I reached out to Geckocustom, and they said they could send the items again, but it would cost me $55. That didn't sit right with me since I already paid for four jackets and might miss the event I needed them for. Tried contacting them again, but still no answer.

    I've been shopping with this company for a while, but this recent experience was a letdown. I reached out to them about an issue with my order, and it was like shouting into the void. Two whole months passed before they finally responded. When they did, they looked at the faded pics I sent and brushed off my concerns, saying there was nothing wrong. It felt like they had a pre-written reply ready, not really listening to what I said. I even followed up a couple of times, hoping for some resolution, but got nowhere. It's frustrating, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer. It makes me rethink sticking with them in the future.

    I decided to get some special 250th Anniversary banners for our barn since it’s a big year. Usually, we go with the red, white, and blue bunting, but this time we wanted something different. When the banners arrived, they were packed super tight and had these annoying creases. We tried to flatten them, but no luck. We put them up anyway, thinking they might smooth out eventually. Sadly, after less than ten days, the creases started losing ink and the edges began fraying. I was really hoping they’d last until Independence Day, but now I'm not even sure they'll make it to Memorial Day. Really bummed about the poor quality.

    I thought I was getting a good deal ordering some gifts, supposedly from the USA, but turns out, they're actually shipping from China. They promised a 10-day delivery, but here we are, two weeks later, and my order is still sitting in China. If I knew this, I would’ve ordered directly from China and saved some money. I reached out to the company, sent them all the photos they needed. They said they'd check it out, but then nothing. A week later, I followed up, and they just told me my order was delivered.     Avoid at all cost!

    I was pretty excited about

    I was pretty excited about getting a new shirt for the holiday parties this year. Placed my order on November 21st, thinking I'd have it in time, since the site promised a 10-business-day delivery. But nope, didn't happen. I reached out to them, and they told me it would actually take 17 to 22 days. Well, that was a bummer! Guess the shirt's gonna have to sit in the closet until next year’s celebrations roll around. It’s just frustrating when things don’t arrive as promised, especially when you plan around it. I’ll just have to figure out something else to wear this Christmas.

    Dealing with this company was a nightmare. Placed two orders for Christmas, and both were disasters. Spent days arguing with customer service, and they just blamed me instead of fixing anything. This is what happens when you go with an overseas merchant, I guess. The designs were a mess: one had the dog’s photo looking like a black blob, and on the other, the dog's name was all over the image. The quality was just terrible. I really wish I could show pictures to prove it. All I can do is tell people to stay away from them. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment.

    Ordered some monogram stamps for golf balls back in November, thinking they'd make perfect Christmas gifts. Well, they never showed up. Tried reaching out to the company a few times, but just got the runaround with vague responses. Finally, they admitted the package was lost and promised to resend it. That was in January.
