I signed up for a subscription and made some money on the app, but it's been almost a week and I still can't access my funds. They said it would take 24-48 hours. I've emailed customer service, sent them all the documents they asked for—bank statements, social security, everything. I saw on Reddit that other people got quick responses, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I'm frustrated and don't know what else to do. I'm not going to use the app or sell anything until they approve my account. It's really disappointing when you're paying for a service and don't get what you were promised.

I've tried uploading my bank statement probably six times now, and it always comes back with “We are unable to view the entire account number in your payment details, so it has been rejected.” I'm getting the statement directly from my bank, so I don't get what the issue is. It's driving me crazy because it's the legit document from my bank, and all I want is to become a seller. It's so frustrating when you follow the rules and still hit a wall. Just want to get started already, but this is holding me back. Can someone please help me figure this out?
