I signed up a while back, around March, and it's been nothing but trouble. I can't even get into the account I made, yet they keep taking $16.04 from me every month. I've tried to get my money back, but it's like I'm talking to a wall. They just keep passing me around, and it feels like they’re avoiding giving me a refund. I'm at my wit's end and don't know who to turn to for help. Does anyone know who I can report this to, to speed things up and get my money back? Any advice would really help. Thanks a lot!

I thought this site would be a breeze, but setting up my profile was a nightmare. Spent days trying to get my account info right. Been on here a week, and still no followers, no money. It's like everything I'm doing is getting me nowhere. Honestly, it's super frustrating when you're putting in the effort and getting zero results. Feels like a waste of time. I can't see how this is supposed to work if nothing happens. Gotta give it a one star, just for all the hassle and disappointment.

I just started using FF

I just started using FF, and honestly, the website is super slow on my mobile! I'm in the UK, so not sure if it's a regional thing, but it really should work better. Every time I try to upload content or send customs, I keep getting 'load error' messages. It literally took me 40 minutes to send a custom video! I don't have a laptop, so my phone is my only option, and it's just not cutting it. It's really frustrating and wastes so much time. They seriously need to fix this.

You won't believe this, but they actually took away the "delete account" option from the settings. Now, if you want to get rid of your account, you have to go through the hassle of contacting them. And good luck with that—I've been waiting for days without any response. It's so frustrating and feels really sneaky. Why make it so hard for people to leave? Feels like they just want to trap you. Really disappointed.
