My experience with the company was positive. The agent I interacted with was friendly and patient. She made sure to address all my questions and even repeated information when needed. She displayed professionalism and didn't judge my situation. Thanks to her assistance, I finally gained access to healthcare that I've needed for a long time but couldn't afford. As someone who has struggled with disabilities and couldn't continue working in my beloved profession as a nurse, this support meant a lot to me. I've always enjoyed caring for others and ensuring they felt comfortable and informed during their visits.

I valued the adherence to protocol exhibited by the representative, who meticulously reviewed and re-reviewed all the rules. However, from my perspective, this approach felt repetitive. My given 4-star rating is primarily reflective of the procedural aspects rather than the individuals involved, who executed their responsibilities flawlessly.

Agents were expereinced. Quinna Powell was on point with knowledge and took time to make sure that I understood the requirements of insurance coverage. I just talked to her Wednesday to see if all was in place. Pleased I was able to take time to listen. I requested a special bonus. She listened to how I've been feeling physically and mentally since coma of March April in 2023. Woke up April. With doctors speaking death I was not responsive. I still 😢 at times having FLASHBACKS OF NEGLIGENCE CARE OF HOSPITAL STAY.
