Allsup has been by my side for nearly 7 years, assisting with claims I filed with the VA. Brett Buchanan was there for me throughout the entire process. Despite the VA initially denying that my claim was service-connected, I knew the evidence was solid. With Brett and his team at Allsup providing constant support, we kept moving forward, challenging the decision and working our way through the VA system to get the justice I deserved. This month, my claim was finally approved. It’s unfortunate that it took 7 years for veterans to get what’s owed, but Allsup never gave up, and neither did I. The staff I interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They really made a difference.

I've had a highly positive experience with Allsup's Ticket to Work program, and I can't praise Shareena and Vanessa's customer care enough. Shareena, in particular, was instrumental in resolving issues with my Social Security benefits after a recent injury. Social Security's repeated mistakes had left me frustrated and without a resolution, but Shareena and Vanessa stepped in and had it sorted out within a week. Their patience and understanding were a blessing. I believe they deserve a raise for their exceptional service and dedication.

Before I was approved for SSDI

Before I was approved for SSDI, Allsup was really anxious to help and answer questions. Now, after I have been approved, I can't seem to get a call back. I have several questions regarding their decision, and no one wants to get back with me. I was also misled by the representative.
