I am very happy with the service

I am very happy with the service from Erv Schultz, my ClearMatch Medicare insurance expert. He really did more than anyone I've dealt with before. Erv took his time to check if my doctors were included in the insurance, guided me through all the coverage options, explained the services, and much more. I felt very special, like royalty. The associate was very detailed in her explanation

The associate was very detailed in her explanation of the plan and benefits. She was a very good speeker. Her tone, voice volume and speech therapy was great. Rarely does an associate demonstrate such clarity when explaining a product. Most have an overwhelming accent that is not understood, talk too fast or not loud enough to hear or understand. She defies all of these issues and she should be recognized for her clarity and knowledge of the product as well as how considerate she is with a customer. I would give her 10 Gold Stars.

My agent, Connor, is awesome. He helped me get set up with Cigna. During enrollment, Medicaid said I wasn’t eligible, but later on, they said I was. I reached out to Connor, and he handled everything, got my new info, and was able to set me up with a dual plan, which turned out better than the first one. Everyone I've spoken to at clearmatch has been really helpful. What you do best as a company is hire great people. Anyone can learn a job, but good customer service needs someone special.
