I really wanted to criticize this company

I really wanted to criticize this company, thinking the agent took advantage of my mom. After many calls, I finally got someone, and I have to say I had an amazing experience dealing with the head of sales, Theo. He actually took my call and not only fulfilled his promises by calling me when he said he would, but also went above and beyond to provide the information I needed. Theo patiently walked me through all my questions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. What truly stood out was his commitment to follow up; he called me a week later to ensure everything was okay. I appreciate Theo's genuine care and dedication to his clients. Kudos to him for taking the time and making the extra effort! Because of him, when I retire, I will be calling Connie Health.
