I really wish I had heard of them before signing up for Medicare because they have a helpful team that can assist you with all the issues you run into from insurance companies. I spent months trying to sort out one billing problem and it would have been so helpful to have Boomer’s support, but since I signed up directly with Mutual of Omaha, I missed out on working with a great company like Boomer. Now, I’m handling all the Medicare issues on my own, and it’s just not the same. It really takes a team, and I really wish Boomer was part of mine... unfortunately alone.
