Sierra Broussard was great! She had a happy tone and explained stuff in a way that made sense to me. She didn't rush me and took the time to make sure I got what the coverage was about. She gave me her number in case I had questions, and when I called, she always got back to me the same day. When my application was being checked, she made sure everything was right so it could get approved. I think Sierra Broussard is a really good part of your company.

My agent was Bray. He was so patient. He tried to answer all my questions (and I had many)! Polite. Non-judgemental. He worked hard to find the best plan for me. He took his time and never seemed frustrated with me or my questions. I was very happy and had NO complaints.

I phoned your company for help and got that help from Judy Bonham. She explained every thing and every question my wife and I had.... She processed our application and today our new Aetna policy will go into effect on the the 1st day of April as requested and needed.

The company seems alright. The agent explained everything well, and Sierra found lots of options. She helped me switch to a Medicare advantage plan, even though I was already on regular Medicare. She took her time to answer my questions.

I like to know I'm talking to a real person not a "talking head". I need to develop a sense of trust with each representative which I did. I want to come away feeling that I've made a good decision which I did.

She speaks clearly with perfect volume and not rushed. She is happy to repeat and makes sure you understand. This is exactly th kind of person you want working for your company.

They traffic with telemarketers, specifically call centers in the subcontinent. So if you don't like telemarketers, boycott Clearlink Insurance.
