However, to my dismay, there was no accompanying card. Subsequent to reaching out again, a different agent informed me of my eligibility for the gold plus plan. Yet, my confusion deepened when the individual who initially set up the plan contradicted this information the following day, asserting that I was, in fact, ineligible for the gold plus plan.

Worst company ever!

Last year when I was looking for a plan the rep put me on hold while he was supposedly “ researching “ insurance in my area, he disconnected from me intentionally!! This year I didn’t remember it was the company I tried to work with last year, a friend recommended them and a specific rep, same guy and same experience! He put me on hold and intentionally disconnected! He refused to respond to my many voicemails and calls! Never again! I will not tolerate this behavior!!
