Our agent Elizabeth Wilson was great in assisting us with the application. My husband and I didn't have a Medicare Advantage plan, so she took the time to explain all the details. She was patient, clear, and made sure we understood everything. We called her 3 times before making our decision. Without her help, we likely would have chosen a different company.
