At first, the product looks simple

At first, the product looks simple and easy to use. However, when issues come up, support is nowhere to be found. I had to track down a certificate of completion recently. The help search provided steps that didn't match what I was seeing. The items mentioned weren't there. As usual these days, no email, no phone support, not even a chatbot.

This appeared excessive, especially considering my infrequent need for support over seven years. Feeling pressured and detecting hidden costs, I opted for PandaDoc, offering a comparable service without such tactics. DocuSign's approach seemed detrimental, and I appreciate the transparency and affordability provided by PandaDoc. The incident left me questioning the value and customer-centricity of DocuSign's pricing strategy.

Customer service couldn't help, and they couldn't connect me with anyone who could. My CPA faced this issue before too. So, if you're thinking of using this with verification, think again!

Despite what seemed like a straightforward fix, their team refused to intervene, citing policy restrictions against merging accounts, regardless of the oversight originating from their side. This has left us juggling multiple accounts to locate a single document or facing the potential of losing them entirely. The situation has forced us to consider migrating to a platform where security and accessibility are better managed. In hindsight, opting for DS based solely on cost was a misstep. Unfortunately, the non-refundable nature of the monthly plan left me dissatisfied. Customer service responses were slow and not helpful. On a positive note, I found a swift solution with trustpro.eu, obtaining a valid eIDAS signature for a reasonable fee of 10€.
