I had to update my address to a jobsite from my home address. The system kept moving to the next field before I could finish typing, so I had to pick an incorrect option because there was no way to skip. It seems your programmers think they understand my needs better than I do.

Customer service was difficult to reach before receiving my items. I waited on hold three times for at least 30 minutes each. Their phone system and service could use improvement, but it still works for me.
