Melio is a nice, cheap way to pay bills with QBO (I also use it with QB Desktop). You have to log in to Melio separately, but info syncs to your file, ACH is free, and mailed checks are cheap.

Despite our customer providing authorization directly through email from a supervisor, Melio insisted that only the billing clerk could communicate with them. Despite being a sizable company, they prioritize financial antics over providing reliable service and value. I'm not pleased with their performance.
