Working with Lamar and Rodney was a pleasant experience. They're both so easy to communicate with and really know their stuff. The standout moment, though, was meeting Carlos, the driver. Carlos just has this way of keeping things upbeat, even when plans take a detour. You know how things never go exactly as you expect? Well, Carlos handled those hiccups like a pro, always ready to lend a hand and keep things moving smoothly. It felt like having a reliable friend around who just gets it. BAH logistics helped us move a couch, two chairs, and an ottoman recently. We worked with Ruby and Maya, who were just fantastic. I gotta say, my experience with Bah Logistics was pretty smooth. From the first time I asked for a quote, they were super clear about everything. They kept me in the loop the whole time, from pick-up to delivery. It felt like they really cared about my car and made sure I knew what was happening. Honestly, I didn’t expect such great communication. They made a potentially stressful process feel easy and manageable. I’d definitely use them again without a second thought.

I had the most horrendous

I had the most horrendous experience with this company. My RV was being towed and ended up with a 3x3 foot piece of wall and window missing. I caught the driver duct taping it in South Carolina before continuing to drive for another four hours. When I first saw the damage in Georgia, the window was still there, but by the time I caught up with him, it was gone. They left me stranded at a sketchy gas station for two nights, without any roadside assistance or a new driver. As a single woman in my 50s, I felt completely unsafe. The driver even refused to release my RV unless I signed some insurance bill. I had to involve the police and pay an extra $300 to make my RV roadworthy again. Over a month later, and all I have received are empty promises. Avoid them at all costs! This company has no proper backup plans for emergencies.

I decided to use BAH Logistics to get my car from Florida to Wisconsin, but things went south real quick. When my car arrived, I noticed the front bumper had been damaged and someone tried to hide it with a paint pen. Seriously? I've been trying to contact them to sort this out, but it's like talking to a wall. No response at all. Now, I'm looking at a repair bill between $2,000 and $3,000, and they won't take any responsibility. Just super frustrated with their service and lack of accountability. Feels like they just don’t care about their customers. Definitely won't be using them again.

I hired BAH for my cross-country move, and it was a disaster from start to finish. They lied and messed up the entire process. They had no clue where my stuff was at any point, and I ended up doing all the work myself. The delays meant extra costs for me, and even though they admitted some mistakes and gave a tiny refund, they kept lying. They even lied about me calling the police and a lawyer! I had to take them to court to get my money back, and I won. They paid up but still denied the court case in their response to my review. Avoid BAH at all costs - their dishonesty is unbelievable.

I can't even believe what I went through with this company. They failed to provide the promised services, and instead of making it right, they sent me a threatening email demanding I remove my negative reviews and complaints with the BBB. They even had the nerve to say they'd withhold some of my refund. This is illegal everywhere! I've reported them to the BBB, FTC, state attorney's office, and motor carrier division. Seriously, be careful and do your research when hiring through a load board. Shiply was the one who connected me to these guys. Total nightmare.
