Connecting was effortless, and the
Connecting was effortless, and the team displayed responsiveness and patience during trip planning. However, a guest delay occurred due to FAA restrictions impacting pilot arrival time, causing a one-hour delay for a speaking engagement. FlyCFG did provide a cancellation option for resolution, but with no alternative choices available 12 hours prior to the scheduled flight.

Connecting with FlyCFG was effortless; they were responsive and patient in helping us determine the right trip. However, our guest's delay due to FAA restrictions was a setback. FlyCFG did allow cancellation as an option to address the issue, but with only 12 hours before our scheduled flight, alternative choices were unavailable.

Delighted to have collaborated with John to arrange the flight. Smooth and simple. It would've been good if the concierge checked in on how the experience was. Besides that, the pilots were very professional and excellent from start to finish.

Just letting you kno, CFG charges more than most others for a private jet. I would really suggest looking somewhere else instead of going with Charter Flight Group.

Sadly, poor communications and ultimately low degree of professionalism
After several months of getting passed around to 4 different person while trying to get a simple quote for my elderly father, the decision not to use this organization needed to be made, and this was politely told to them. Managing Director Jordan Brown’s final reply was: “I do not care.” Sadly shows his core value and likely that of the organization.

They took $17,300 from me. I would not suggest using this company. Terrible! Dishonest. They have lawsuits waiting. They are bankrupt now.
