Sauber, ruhig, vertrauenswürdig
Modern, sehr sauber, ruhig. Genau das, was man vor einem Eingriff braucht. Mir wurden die Schritte erklärt, dazu klare Pflegehinweise für die Zeit danach. Im Patientenportal lag der Plan in Schriftform, dazu Hinweise zu Garantiebedingungen wie regelmässigen Kontrollen. Das gibt Sicherheit, weil nichts im Nebel bleibt. Ich ging mit gutem Gefühl zurück ins Hotel und hatte nie das Gefühl, gedrängt zu werden.

Rundum gut betreut
Vom ersten Anruf bis zur letzten Kontrolle fühlte ich mich gut aufgehoben. Der Transfer vom Flughafen war pünktlich, im Empfang gab es rasch ein CT und eine schriftliche Planung mit transparentem Kostenvoranschlag. Die Ärztin erklärte jeden Schritt ruhig, nichts wirkte gehetzt. Bezahlen konnte ich nach Etappen, was Druck rausnahm. Nach dem Eingriff bekam ich klare Pflegehinweise per Mail. Ich ging zufrieden ins Hotel und fühlte mich sicher, weil alles strukturiert wirkte.
