    When I moved to Zen in May 2024

    When I moved to Zen in May 2024 I needed support installing the extra MESH wifi repeater they gave me. I had a long call with their expert in Rochdale in the evening and he walked me through setting up the whole system again until it worked. It has always run fine since. The Digital Voice through the router is also fine, and I now have it linked both to the DECT phones and to the iPad via a special app - where I can see who is calling before I get up to answer the phone (or can answer on the iPad if I like). Glad I switched, a lot cheaper than BT was, and better service ready if I need it.

    Had internet problems for months because of local setup

    Had internet problems for months because of local setup, but Zen have been amazing. Fast replies, engineers came next day, and real help all the time. Big thanks to Rob from Zen for staying with me the entire time, checking up, helping with routers, and actually fixing the issue. Rob, you’re a legend!

    The engineer was very nice, told me all details and made sure I was ok and knew how much time it would take and what he planned to do. Very profssional.
