We upgraded our Verizon plan, and without asking, the customer service rep offered us 2 new iPhones in exchange for our old ones. We agreed to the deal, and Verizon charged our credit card for the tax, but then put the shipment on hold. They told us to go to the nearest Verizon store to finish the deal. The store refused to honor the offer. This feels like fraud. We are still waiting for the tax credit. We've been with Verizon for over 20 years. UPDATE, after finally talking to a supervisor, they are now honoring the deal and crediting us for the trouble.

They brag about having great nationwide coverage, but that’s not what I’ve seen. When I’m not on "call on Wi-Fi" at home, I can barely hear the person on the other side and they can't hear me either. While the connection isn’t as bad around my city, the data is always SUPER slow or just doesn’t work. I feel stuck using Wi-Fi and hope they take the MULTIPLE network feedbacks I’ve sent from all over the city seriously or at least give a reason why they can't improve.

I tried to switch auto pay to a plan where I could send my payment by mail each month. The chat person couldn’t help me, even though I explained what I needed clearly. Then, she ended the chat without doing anything useful. If you get "Olivia" on chat, don’t waste your time. She doesn’t know how to help.

I would give Verizon 0 stars if I coud. Stay away from Verizon if possible. Most terrible customer service!!!!!!
