Now, I have to deal with this ineffective lesson that doesn't help my grades, especially in Chinese. Even after a year, my grades have gotten worse because they provide useless learning materials. For example, we're stuck learning Chinese poems in secondary 1, and they're teaching us stuff from primary 3. What's the point? It's a waste of my Friday and money.

The plus side is the trial class was nice and pleasant. The instructor we got was attentive and made the class fun. The software they use incorporates some animations, sound and most importantly some interactivity, which helps kids stay engaged throughout the class. The bad side is the high pressure sales tactics and info bombardment, upselling you to higher tier packages with reasoning that don't make logical sense. Doesn't seem like a reputably operated company. No thanks.

Don’t believe if they promise to refund. They won’t. They will make excuse to reject you. Do NOT buy their big package. You will be trapped.
