    Great room with a very big bathroom! Everything spotless! Price-quality ratio is very good. 1 small issue: there were not many bread options at breakfast but aside from that the choices were fine.

    Welcom is personal. A beautiful place where nature and water blend. A nice, balanced lunch. A "Gommage Sur-Mesure" treatment was pleasant... A massage could have been a little bonus.

    Three recommended hotels claimed

    Three recommended hotels claimed they were not part of the Wonderbox program and refused to honor our reservation. In the end, we had to settle for a hotel outside the city, which was decent but slightly outdated.

    Avoid Wonderbox unless you are prepared to lose your money.

    Do not waste your money on Wonderbox. Our family gave us a Wonderbox for Christmas to attend El Mago Pop show in Barcelona. Before purchasing, they specifically asked at the point of sale about ticket availability and were told that we simply needed to open the box and select the tickets online. Once we opened the box, we discovered that there was no availability at all for the show. We returned to the shop immediately, where the same Wonderbox employee admitted they could do nothing because the box had already been opened, but assured us that the ticket pool would be refreshed every two months. We waited until February 1st, as instructed. There was still zero availability through the website. At that point, we contacted customer service to request either valid tickets for El Mago Pop or a refund. It has now been 12 days of emails, automated replies, chatbots, and inconsistent responses from different agents. We have received no solution, only excuses and repeated refusals to process a refund for a service that is clearly impossible to use. Selling a product that cannot be redeemed, refusing refunds, and hiding behind automated customer service is unacceptable. This is misleading at best and abusive at worst. We are now forced to escalate the matter through official consumer protection channels. Avoid Wonderbox unless you are prepared to lose your money.

    Terrible product

    I get a box with a picture of a grand chateau on the cover and it's for a night at a chateau. So far, so good. I log in and after spending half an hour trying to figure out how to actually redeem the thing I finally get to the place where the "chateaux" or hotels are listed. And what do I see, 8 images, 5of them are effing campgrounds, one is for a room in someone's house and there's what looks like a hotel but I can't see because they put a picture of a concrete wall up. So, maybe I'll try with the map. Great. Between Chamonix and Paris there are 5 offerings somewhere within 100 miles of the mid point. And guess what, 3 are campgrounds, one is a dive "hotel" and honestly, I don't exactly know what the last one is. And to top it all off, half of the places I had to pay $30 to $50 MORE in addition to my voucher in order to stay. This is actually a great business model. Use beautiful images of chateaux to convince people to buy your vouchers then make it either impossible or unappealing enough that no one actually ever redeems them and you keep the money. That's a pretty profitable business model... Gotta hand it to them!

    Very very frustrated

    I purchased a Groupon for a wonderbox movie package once you create an account on wonderbox and put in the Groupon information the Groupon is marked as used. I did everything I was instructed to do to get the e tickets to go to the movie tonight but every time I click get tickets it says we could not proceed try again later I have been trying for 2 days. I sat on hold for customer service for 15 minutes and was disconnected without being able to speak with someone and then after that it kept saying no one was available call back later. Then I finally got an email back stating that the website is having technical issues and they were trying to resolve it. I can't get a refund because I originally purchased it from Groupon so they can only give me credit on their website I don't want a credit I can't even use it's unbelievable and highly stressful to navigate all of this.
