I rented a dress online for a wedding on Saturday. The dress was shipped on Monday, and I thought it would arrive in time. However, when I arrived on Thursday, the dress hadn’t made it yet. I started to worry by Friday since there was no sign of it. The tracking number provided was wrong, showing that the customer service team didn’t check it.
I contacted them, and they had to reach out to the lender for the correct tracking number. It turned out the lender didn’t use express shipping, so I wouldn’t have the dress in time for the wedding. By Friday afternoon, they offered to send me links to dresses I could pick up that same day. I sent three options, and they promised to contact the lenders to see if I could try them on. After that, there was no communication at all. No follow-up calls or messages about available dresses for my wedding the next day.
