    Label broker came through

Printer died before a return. I used Label Broker at the Post Office and felt oddly proud walking out with the receipt. Tracking stalled for a day, then caught up.

    Budget shipping that works

Bought labels in Click-N-Ship, scheduled a free pickup, and used a flat-rate box. Delivery hit a day later than the estimate but the price was great. Informed Delivery notifications helped. Lines at my local branch are long, so plan drop-offs early.

We had a really good experience with Ashley at the Edinboro

We had a really good experience with Ashley at the Edinboro, Pennsylvania Post Office—we were trying to track a missing package. We called Ashley to help us understand what was going on and later found out the package had been delivered but probably stolen. Ashley spent about 30 minutes helping us. A few days later, I called Ashley again to walk us through the "insurance claim process," and once again, Ashley was super helpful. She spent as much time as needed to help us with the complicated process. In the end, we weren’t able to file a claim. Still, Ashley gave us great customer service—she was polite, professional, and friendly on the phone. Even now, we’re still talking about our nice experience with Ashley! Nice job, Ashley, nice job! Just a side note, the $100 insurance that comes with all packages isn't totally true—watch out!

This has been a very poor experience with USPS this year.

This has been a very poor experience with USPS this year. I had 4 late deliveries, especially during this holiday season. My orders were placed 3 weeks in advance, but one item got stuck in Louisville, just a mile away, for 5 days. Then the next update said it was in Corydon, 35 miles away. Another package stayed in Georgia for 5 days, even though it should've been here by Monday, December 23. It was only delivered 2 weeks later.

    Absolutely terrible speed.

Absolutely terrible speed. Dealing with USPS has caused me more stress than any other delivery service out there. It shouldn't take so long to get a small package from Florida. Seems like they are short on staff. This isn't just a holiday issue, this is how their service is all year. Prices keep rising and service keeps getting worse.

I’m based in the UK and sent a parcel to the USA

I’m based in the UK and sent a parcel to the USA. On July 24th, it showed "out for delivery," but on July 25th, it changed to "waiting for delivery" with ALERT in red. Since then, there have been no updates or emails explaining the issue. I reached out to the recipient, who hasn’t received the parcel or any notice from USPS. Why use ALERT without clarifying the problem? Are we supposed to guess what that means? The address is correct, so that’s not the issue. Poor service!

The company's service was not good.

The company's service was not good. I missed my package and when I went to collect it, they couldn't find it. Even after going multiple times and talking to the manager, they still couldn't locate it. They said it was sent back to the sender from Jefferson, IL, but the sender was from Las Vegas. They didn't give me a copy of the details. The sender confirmed they never received it back in Las Vegas. There seems to be confusion about where the package is.

    Submitted 4 address change

Submitted 4 address change forms but still not getting mail after 3 months. Mail seems lost or thrown away. Bills not received, leading to late payments and credit issues. Twin Falls Idaho post office should be looked into. Doubt anything can be done since it's a government operation. Can't prove mail not received due to online system warning against reporting.

    Always terrible customer service

Always terrible customer service from this company, never able to explain constant delays in their responses nor provide any information on the status of requests. Hard to get a live person to answer the phone, never a problem with other customer service providers like UPS or FedEx.

    It is alarming to hear

It is alarming to hear that multiple packages have been lost or stolen, especially coming from a small town in Vermont. This raises doubts about the reliability and security of this company's services. The fact that there seems to be a pattern of packages disappearing from Nashua only adds to my worry. I am also disappointed to hear that the company does not take responsibility or investigate these incidents.

    extremely frustrating

I recently visited the local post office to send an envelope to my mortgage company, and was advised to send it through priority mail with an estimated arrival time of 2 days. However, it has been over 10 days now and the envelope still hasn't reached its destination. When I finally spoke to someone about the issue, they simply stated that they don't know why it has been moving around so much in Michigan. Furthermore, I was also informed that I would not be receiving a refund for the extra money I paid for priority mail. This experience has been extremely frustrating and it makes no sense for a company such as the United States Postal Service to treat its customers this way and not take any responsibility for their error.
