The items came very well packed. Every piece was in its own strong "zip loc." The delivery was on time and nothing was damaged. The underwear fabric felt a bit tight and warm for summer, but the build quality was good.

I bought 4 of these some months back.

I bought 4 of these some months back. 2 are the comfy kind, and the other 2 have the neckline I like. The comfy ones felt nice once I wore them a couple times. I figured I’d clean them in the washer since that’s allowed. Seemed like it’d be quicker, so I did wash and dry them in the w/d. After that, they got a little snugger. I didn’t put on weight, actualy dropped some. Any ideas??

Great service. Quicker than expected delivery, and the product was of a beautiful color. I'll make an adjustment in my next order because I'm right between two preferences. Even though it fits and is comfortable, I'll opt for a size larger than what was suggested.

Really like the bras, they are truly the best around.

No cups slipping out. Very soft and comfy. My girls stay in place when I bend down. No lumps from the seams at all. The only problem is it sometimes bunches under the boobs and I need to fix it, but maybe I got the wrong size. I totally recomend these to everyone.

Although I’m glad the extender was included, I feel like the size is a bit too small, which makes it needed. It adds some bulk to the back, which feels a little stiff and not very comfy. Apart from that, the fit is good and it washes fine.

Returns are Not Free and Easy

Purchased a number of items from Underoutfit. The bras and underwear were comfy and fine. I ordered two camisoles, which turned out to be incredibly uncomfortable. I decided to keep one, because I loved the color. The other one I wanted to return and get my money back. Nothing doing with Underoutfit. They now only didn't offer me my money back, but it would cost me $1.05 to return this item. Only option was a store credit. Thos blatant false advertising. Right on the bag (which was never opened) it says always free and easy returns! What a lie! Navigating the return process took me about 40 minutes. And customer service goes right to voice mail. Yoo bad. I purchased a number of items, and was happy. This outfit is the worst I've ever experienced.

These bras look great for people with bigger boobs

These bras look great for people with bigger boobs, but I'm a 32B and XS, and the cups on these bras popped out of most of my tops. They feel really comfy and fit nice in other ways, but there's just too much material for me. I really like that there are no removable inserts! That's a real game changer.

Inconsistent sizing and bad return

I ordered a bra from this company and loved it, so I ordered two more--but the sizing was completely different. They were huge on me. The company offers 180 day satisfaction, so I tried to exchange one of them to see if the smaller size would work. They processed my return, and gave me $3.43 for the $59.00 product that I bought--no exchange and no real refund. I've contacted them since, with no reply. Do not buy from this company unless you are certain of sizing and product satisfaction.

Trying to do return

I need to return my purchase, there's no way of doing this apparently. I contacted my credit card company for help. They determined because I still have the product I can't get credit. Understandable. But since I can't get thru to the company, I can't return the bras! Delima for sure . Please help me do a return?

Too Tight, Hard to Clean Bra

I got this bra and honestly, the material isn’t great. It feels like it doesn’t breathe at all, and cleaning it is a hassle. Seriously, why are the bras so tight around the chest? I consider myself pretty average in size, but I had to add two bra extenders just to make it comfortable. On the bright side, it's decent in terms of comfort, and the shoulder straps are pretty solid.

Disappointed with Underoutfit's New Bra Quality

I've had Underoutfit bras before, and they used to be my favorite. But these new ones? They just don't fit the same. They get all stretched out while I'm wearing them, which is really annoying. Sure, they shrink back after a wash, but the cycle is frustrating. Honestly, not too happy with how these bras perform now.

Not Ideal for Daily Wear

Bought two bras, size large for my 38c chest. While the size is fine, they squish my breasts nearly flat, which is really annoying. I'll keep them for workouts, but definitely not using them daily. Not planning to buy these again.

I bought this bra thinking it would be perfect, but wow, was I wrong. Put it on, glanced in the mirror, and just felt awful. It gave me this weird uniboob look that was just not flattering at all. Honestly, it made me feel even worse than before I tried it on.

Ordered Twice, Wrong Strap Twice

Ordered what I thought was the adjustable strap version, but got the non-adjustable one instead. Didn’t even notice till after washing it. Super bummed. And, believe it or not, this is the second time this exact thing has happened with two different orders.

Perfect Fit for My Changing Body!

At 75, my body’s seen some changes, especially after losing weight. My old bras just weren't cutting it anymore. Then I tried the Comfort Shaping Bra and finally found something that works for my aging but still lively body. It's supportive, super comfortable, and fits perfectly! I was so happy with it, I went ahead and ordered two more with adjustable straps!

Comfy Bra, But Summer Heat Warning

I picked up their simplest bra, and wow, it’s comfy, supportive, and super smooth. Finding all that in one bra isn't usually easy for me, especially as a middle-aged woman with a smaller cup size. Only bummer is it gets pretty warm in the summer since it's made from synthetic materials. Wonder if they'll come out with a cotton one anytime soon?

Free Shipping Rocks, Website Needs Work

Swapping stuff with free shipping is awesome! But navigating the website? Not so much. It’s kinda clunky and not user-friendly. I had to call customer service to get things sorted, which was a bummer. Would be way better if I could handle everything online without needing to ask for help.
