Maria's exceptional dedication shone through as she diligently worked beyond regular hours, going the extra mile to resolve the technical issue. Absolutely absurd experience with this company! Ordered a pair of shoes, but shockingly, no order confirmation. Despite four emails, no response. Will never waste my time and money on them again. Appalling customer service, and I won't recommend this company to anyone.

I placed an order, and after entering my card details, the payment was automatically deducted from my account without allowing me to review my total bill. This was one of my worst purchasing experiences ever! Furthermore, they didn't provide any information on when to expect the delivery.

I had concerns about one of the shops after reading some terrible reviews. I decided to reach out to their customer service for help. Luis was incredibly supportive and promptly addressed my concerns. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire two-week period until the item was finally shipped and received.

The product arrived surprisingly

The product arrived surprisingly quickly, even though it was an overseas order. I did have to return the product because of the size, but after contacting customer service, they promptly sent me another one. I've used their service again, so I'm fairly happy with both the service and the product.
