An AI-driven travel agency with only online support
An AI-driven travel agency with only online support, mixed feedback, and barely any other presence? Hard pass. They might not take your money, but trust me, you won't want to deal with them if any issue comes up or you need to adjust your booking.

A Disappointing Experience
I am extremely dissatisfied with my booking experience through Tripening.com. After paying the full amount of USD $313.57 upfront, I arrived at the hotel in Freiburg late at night, only to find that Tripening.com hadn’t transferred the payment or given any instructions to the hotel. With bad weather and no other options, I had to pay the complete payment again to get my room. Throughout my 4-day stay, I followed up with both Tripening.com and the hotel, receiving vague responses from Tripening's chat support. Eventually, the hotel refunded the amount of EUR 265.65 to my card, but I’m still waiting for the refund in my card account even after two weeks. Additionally, the hotel invoice showed a discrepancy of USD $40.31 less than what I paid to tripening, & Tripening has not provided any proper detailed invoices till time for $313.57. Will never try Tripening.com and not recommended.

Total scam company, do not book with them, I made the mistake of booking an 11 night stay at a hotel in the UK but the hotel had no confirmation of any such booking. I have been trying to contact the company to get my refund but good luck with that!! Their phone number 212-555-1212 is a fake, I managed to get onto a live chat site yesterday, but today that live chat window has been taken down, so yesterday when they told me they would look into my concern was just a load of B******, I don't expect a response from them to this review, it's only there for me and other customers to vent, they will not do a damn thing. Scam company, stay away!!!

Sell rooms that don’t exist
Turned up for my booking and there was no reservation. The site sells rooms that don’t exist, it’s basically a scam. This hotel don’t offer rooms via Tripening and they have no access to the reservation system but keep getting people turning up and have to turn them away. Huge horrible situation as I now don’t have a room for my holiday and all other places are sold out. Just don’t use them, you may not even have a reservation.

My own experience – it's a total scam. I paid for two nights, got to the hotel, and they had no record of my booking. Stay away if you can! Had to deal with customer support for a long time, but nothing changed.
