    Using tribute to make a video birthday surprise

    Using tribute to make a video birthday surprise for my husband was really nice! Today he turns 80 and many of his friends are around the same age. While the tribute website was fairly simple to use, some needed help. A few recorded their message on their phones and then couldn’t figure out how to upload it. I sent them back to tribute to re-do on the website. Still, several of them just didn’t manage. One thing I would suggest is that once someone has sent their message, they shouldn’t get reminders. I had to keep checking who already sent their tribute and tell them they didn’t need to do it again. Overall it’s a lovely way to show care for someone.

    It was a great experience!

    It was a great experience! Very easy to use, fast response, and smooth. The customer service was great, uploading and editing the videos was simple, and adding music was quick. I definitely recommend this service for any event!

    The steps to send the invite for a tribute were smooth and quick. The reminders really helped a lot. The final tribute came out well. Support was always available to make sure everything went right. Really liked it!

    Great present for sure.

    Great present for sure. Keeps on providing joy too. Help was quick and nice. Any questions I had or wish to adjust anything was fastly solved. I’d do it again.

    I really like the concept of the Video Tribute

    I really like the concept of the Video Tribute, but I wasn’t happy with the way I had to manage my page. It was hard to change the names of people who made their videos but didn’t include their names, so my name showed up under their videos. I followed all the instructions, but it still didn’t work. I was also disappointed that there wasn’t an option for gospel music. Another issue was that I could only pick "Birthday" even though it was meant for both "Birthday & Retirement." The cover page only showed birthday, so some people didn’t realize it was for retirement too. I also didn’t like that the cost wasn’t shown at the beginning. This was a big letdown, and more price options should be available. My final video looked the same as the preview, nothing was changed. I’m not sure if there were options to customize, but I couldn’t find them. One last thing, I had to use my desktop to finish my order and make changes. My video ended up being late because of this. Your system should work better on phones or iPads. Thank you!

    I'm not sure why I had to pay tax on the registration fee, it wasn't mentioned anywhere upfront. In the end, I paid more in pounds than I did in dollars, which was a bit confusing.
