In these written requests, I've also made it clear that I don't authorize any future transactions from my debit/credit account. I even attached statements and screenshots to my emails to provide as much information as possible. Despite all this effort, I've received no response from them. Today, I decided to give their customer service number a call, and what do I get? A voicemail that essentially says, "Please don't ask for a callback, just provide us with every piece of personal information you can so we can figure this out for you." That feels pretty sketchy, to be honest. Frustrated, I've taken the step to file a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Hopefully, that will get their attention!
