They say they delivered a piece of equipment. They didn't. Typical Zero response. I would stay away from any online store that uses this service for delivery. Total rubbish with no reply to several attempts to get in touch with them.

To begin with, this company is a scammer's dream. Scammers love using this place because they can make you believe the products you've paid for are on their way. Then, after waiting (this time 16 days), the status suddenly says "delivered" but you get nothing. They never mention which carrier is delivering your package, and you can’t get any info with the so-called tracking number they give. My order was for a very special gift for my 10-year-old grandson's birthday. He's now upset, and I feel awful because I was deceived. There's no customer service number, no replies to emails, and even the one from GANDE is fake.

100% FAKE.
100% FAKE. I saw an Instagram ad about Psycho Bunny clothing being like 90% off and bought a lot of items. Soon after, I realized I made a mistake and contacted my credit card to dispute the charge, and they gave me a refund. However, when I checked the tracking info weeks later, it said it was delivered! Haha! The items were never shipped and were cancelled weeks before. It's all a fraud.

Not a good experience.
Not a good experience. I spent $70 on this site I came across on TikTok, I placed my order on 1/26 and today is 2/27. I'm still waiting for my package and it hasn’t arrived yet. I'm tracking it, so hopefully I will get it soon.
