    Smooth entry to the venue.

    Smooth entry to the venue. Would be improved if there were notifications on performance times: tickets said 7:30pm, but JT didn't start till after 9pm. Some folks knew via social media, but no update from Ticketmaster. Could've organized our night better.

    This concert didn't meet our hopes.

    This concert didn't meet our hopes. I could barely sit through it and wished for it to end sooner. The venue was nice, but the lead singer’s interaction with the crowd felt forced. The opening band wasn't good at all.

    The entire experience from buying tickets to getting into the event was simple and smooth. I liked the follow-up emails and reminders. The app is great and really easy to use!

    Really enjoyed the sports I saw!

    Really enjoyed the sports I saw! Wheelchair basketball, sit volleyball, and rowing. Very inspiring, great job Prince Harry! What an awesome event.

    The show was good. But Ticketmaster/Live Nation mobile tickets are a pain in the a**. I don't have a mobile phone and the staff at the venue didn't know what to do with my printed out receipt for the show, since Ticketmaster/Live Nation won't let me print out my tickets. They need to set-up some ticketing solution for people who don't have a mobile phone. I'm sure I am not the only person in Toronto or Canada who doesn't have a mobile phone and who likes to attend concerts, etc.

    The performers and the fantastic shows were 5 stars, but I had to lower a star because of the bad planning of the park. There were not enough shaded spots, and only THREE free water stations, which was not just bad but also very risky. Festival attendees were in need of water and I hope everyone stayed safe and well.

    I attended this musical with a group, and our experience was highly disappointing. The production was advertised as being primarily in English with some French portions. However, the entire musical was in French, except for the songs. This misrepresentation left us unable to understand the performance, resulting in a dull experience. I had initially heard about this musical on an English radio station, which exclusively promoted it in English. Even the ticket description was in English, offering no indication that it would be predominantly in French. This experience has left me disillusioned, and I don't plan on attending another musical at The Casino du lac Leamy. The misleading advertising was a significant letdown.

    disappointing

    The experience with the company's parking ticket system was disappointing. I attempted to check my ticket status multiple times through their chatbots, but none of them seemed to understand the process. It would be beneficial if they programmed the chatbots to inform customers that they will receive an email with the scan or code on the day of the event. This straightforward information would be more useful than navigating through a complicated troubleshooting process that doesn't lead to finding the parking ticket.
