I realy like how they let me know when there are new
by Kassan

I realy like how they let me know when there are new tickets for events I want. I found good seats for AEW Dynamite and it didn’t cost too much. I just use TickPick and always will.

Cost effishensy at its finest
by Anonymous

Cost effishensy at its finest - as opposd to the other sites where you're gonna get gowged with fees at the end, this is simple to use and decide what you want to pay. The ticket came relatively quickly and was processed at the Xcel Energy Center without issue.

This site was super easy to use.

This site was super easy to use. Everything was explained well and getting the tickets was really easy.... so much easier than using LiveNation!

Company is good.
by Lacorey

Company is good. Ordering tickets was easy, got them by email, added to phone wallet, ready to go. No problems at the show. Will use again.

I purchased tickets for a particular
by Marissa

I purchased tickets for a particular row as per my preference. However, I got tickets for a different row instead, with the explanation that it was an "upgrade" due to being "closer." Tick pick declined to address the issue, deeming the switch an upgrade. Caution for buyers.

The company's platform worked
by Campo

The company's platform worked just fine. The TickPick price guarantee seemed questionable. Their submission form for the price guarantee appears to intentionally omit crucial information, making it easy for them to deny the request. After I provided extra information in a follow-up, I received no response. I have a feeling they might approve it eventually, but it's a lot of hassle for just a $30 credit. Moreover, the actual policy is quite restrictive – it only covers seats in the same section and the same exact row. My request meets these qualifications, but it's often not very useful due to the number of similar seats available.

TickPick is an absolute disgrace.
by Regina T

TickPick is an absolute disgrace. Their system is full of flaws, they provide horrendous customer service (especially "Chisomo B"), and they make blatant mistakes that they refuse to rectify. Their lack of accountability and inability to provide even the most basic level of service is truly shocking. I have proof that my tickets were transferred and re-transferred after the buyer claimed that they weren't able to access the tickets. Sellers, BE VERY AWARE on this platform. To quote directly from their broker support: "We will need to withhold the expected payout to make things right with the buyer, retain their business, and avoid any negative reviews. The additional amount of $100 will be collected by withholding funds from your future sales by charging your card on file."

I was surprised how
by Rolando C

I was surprised how easy it was and how effective it was in how I was looking for a specific number of tickets at a specific price range. However, it was glitchy when I inadvertently signed up using a less-used email account. I'll have to remember to use that email account going forward.
