The team is great! They answer questions fast and help out a lot. The doctors know their stuff too. I never dealt with a company where everything's text-based and everyone gets the messages so quick. Shoutout to Katia and Dr. Garth. They're both great!

My time with this program is good because the staff are easy to talk to and the platform works well. The only downside: at the start, I was told telehealth visits and meds would be paid by my insurance... but later found out I had to handle that myself. For this price (around $200/month), I think the company should help me get insurance approval!
