The product seems decent based on various reviews I've come across. However, my experience with the company was marred by an unexpected charge. Although it's just 30 cents, being taxed on the shipping cost for a free water bottle struck me as unusual. In my opinion, taxes should apply to the item's price, not the shipping fee. It's a minor issue, but it left me with a less-than-ideal impression of the company's pricing practices.

The company sells great gear for runners and cyclists. BUT, the delivery problems, like super slow shipping, still bother the company. In 2024, I made a few orders, and every time it took at least nine days from when the label was made until the package showed up at my house. Even though the Feed support team praised their stock handling and faster shipping, nothing has improved. Eight days now and I'm still waitng!

The company's service fell short as there were delays in informing me about item availability. I had to inquire myself to get any updates. Timely feedback on order status is crucial, and this aspect needs improvement. However, once addressed, the order was fulfilled adequately.

Good range of products and fair prices. The only downside was the time it took for my order to arrive. I placed the order on 12/2, it shipped 4 days later, and I got it 14 days later. In a time when Amazon delivers so quickly, two weeks feels a bit long.

I get that my order was made close to the holidays, but it still came after more than 2 weeks. The package showed up kind of smashed and partly open. They didnt put anything inside the box to stop it from getting squished.

I ran a half marathon not long ago that talked up The Feed, and then I started using Strava which talked it up too, so I thought I’d give it a shot. I bought gels, electrolyte mix, and tart cherry juice concentrate. After less than a week of trying the products, I felt really sick. Looking more into the products, I found out I’m not the only one. Their return policy is limited but says you get 50% credit for consumables sent back. I don’t want to buy from this site again and don’t like how much they are hyped like they’re doing something great. They are selling doubtful supplements and that’s it. Might work for some, but they didn’t warn about irritants in the products. Also, the ingredients listed are questionable. Natural flavor can include added maltodextrin so they can say sugar free. Not okay. Fix this.

Ordered many times from The Feed in the last 9 months. Most orders showed up either badly damaged, with expired stuff, or missing items. They pack orders carelessly, using oversized boxes without enough filler. Customer service does reply after a while, but you really have to push to get a real refund instead of just store credit. Tried reaching out nicely several times, but they don’t seem interested in fixing their shipping and warehouse problems. Looks like they focus more on being tech smart first, and on keeping customers happy second.

Ordered on June 20th. A week later, I emailed to check on the shipment. I got a fast reply saying it would go out soon. My account shows it’s fulfilled, but it’s still not shipped? I emailed again and was told my case was sent to "International orders support team." No reply since. Now it’s July 15th, no order and no response after several emails. Tried calling, but they don’t take calls anymore, just texts.

This almost ended up as a 1 star review.

Shipping is quite unreliable. I never got my order because it was sent back before I could pick it up. I contacted them to ask for a refund, and they reply fast which is good, but it’s been more than a month since the order was returned and almost 1.5 months since I ordered it with no refund yet. That feels like theft!

It's annoying that they charge

It's annoying that they charge for shipping to Alaska. Don't they remember we're one of the fifty states too? I spent more than enough for free shipping but still got charged based on where I live. Next time, I'll just order from Amazon. Their supposed amazing best sales of the year aren't really that great anyway.

Their products are good and the website works fine, BUT the shipping is really bad and it ruins everything for the customers. Fixing this would really help their business grow. Sad

Shipping Problem

Shipping Problem I run a lot, so I’m always trying to get my nutrition right. I thought The Feed was great since they had all my favorite products together. I placed an order on 9-7-24 to make sure it arrived before my race this weekend (9-21-24). Sadly, the order has just been sitting in their warehouse and didn’t ship. Now it's 9-19-24 and nothing has been shipped yet. I reached out to customer service two days ago, and they told me they gave the problem to a "shipping manager," but no one has reached out to me since. I don’t think my order will get here by my race, and I’m upset with The Feed's shipping. Looks like I’ll go back to buying my nutrition from REI or other places. It’s too bad cuz this company seemed like a good idea.

After hearing so much about this company

After hearing so much about this company, I’m really let down by their service. Normally, I buy my fuels from Amazon or straight from the supplier, but since I was almost out this time, I decided to try them. It’s been more than a week since I ordered. My delivery was meant to come on Monday. Today is Wednesday, and I just got a message from FedEx saying they couldn’t deliver…I was at work. No one told me beforehand that I had to be home to sign for the package. I didn’t think I needed to sign: it’s just gels and energy bars. Now I have to wait for FedEx to let me pick it up at their place…which will take 2 more days. I won’t be ordering from The Feed again.

Incorrect orders; horrible customer service

For the second time in less than a year, I have received multiple shipments in error for my monthly subscription. Of course, they charge your account for these orders right away. I have tried 5 times - yes, five times - to reach them: text, email, AI text, calling, etc. to obtain return labels for these shipments. I even filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Still, I have not received any response - or my requested return labels - from this company. Absolutely horrible customer service for a regular, subscription customer. I have cancelled my subscription and will find another company to address my training and nutrition needs.

In December, I made a $400

In December, I made a $400 purchase on this website, but upon clicking the payment button, a 404 error page appeared. Despite my credit card being charged, I haven't received any order confirmation emails even after 5 weeks. While they maintain a legitimate website, the selective lapses in attention to such issues are concerning.
