I was promised a lifetime subscription

I was promised a lifetime subscription, but that turned out to be untrue. Now, the person who sold it to me is no longer with the company, and I can't even talk to them about it. When I finally decided to study for the bar exam, I found that all the materials I was supposed to have access to have been taken down. I spent a lot of money on this company, and it feels like a waste. When I reached out to them, all they said was they have no records of my subscription. I feel deceived by this company, and the information I did manage to find wasn't reassuring. I strongly advise against making a purchase from them. As mentioned in several emails, your representative Matthew assured me of unlimited access. Currently, I do not have the access you claim, and despite multiple emails to Justin, another representative, I have not received a reply as of today.

The only reason I'm not giving it

The only reason I'm not giving it a perfect score, in my view, is the occasional typo. I've only come across two in the study questions for different topics. I also noticed one question overlapping in Kahn Academy's free version. Despite these minor issues, I really like and value the expertise provided by my tutors. I'm the type of student who prefers focused one-on-one learning, and I appreciate the flexibility to choose any topic at any time to work on. I hadn't used any preparation services before, but the LSAT felt too important to not give my best effort, so having this service available is a plus.
