My attempt to resolve the issue was met with indifference. Following this unpleasant encounter, I discovered multiple complaints on the BBB, solidifying my decision to advise others against booking with Shuttlefare. Opt for more reliable options like Uber or Lyft to avoid unnecessary headaches.

Warning to fellow travelers, avoid using Shuttlefare if you have a group of five. Our experience during the Christmas trip to New York was a disaster. Despite initially specifying the number of people and bags, they sent a cramped Toyota Camry. Upon requesting a larger vehicle, a small Cadillac SUV barely accommodated us. Even after prearranging a bigger ride for the return, they dispatched a Toyota Highlander. Frustrated and with a flight to catch, we canceled, opted for a hotel's vehicle, but Shuttlefare labeled us no-shows. Double payment for incompetence. This service is unreliable and better off replaced with a direct Lyft booking.

My experience with Shuttlefare was disappointing. Despite booking weeks ahead, my reservation was abruptly canceled due to an address problem, with the company claiming an inability to modify it. The replacement reservation cost three times more than the initial one. Upon my early arrival, the sole dispatch line was inaccessible, leaving me stranded for two hours without communication options. Despite their website's promise of a chat feature, it was nonexistent. Caution is advised when considering Shuttlefare services.
