My shipment encountered significant issues with Shipitto, causing frustration and disappointment. Despite paying a substantial fee for DHL express, my package was delayed due to Shipitto's failure to provide timely customs documentation. When addressing the damage to my items, Shipitto denied responsibility and refused coverage, even though their website indicated insurance was included. The promised refund for the damaged lipstick has yet to materialize, and the customer service has been unhelpful and deceptive. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Shipitto for their unreliable service and lack of accountability.
