The service choices are quite good. Website is simple to use. Price is fair. Enjoy the choices to have pictures of items and also insurance. Need to make tracking packages better once they cross the border into Canada but overall everything came just a few days later than expected. Still a great method to get packages to Canada if the retailer or vendor won't send to Canada from US directly.

It would have been more helpful if there was clear information on why this logistics option couldn't be used or why it wasn't allowed in the first place. Thank you ^_^
