They have some issues.

My thoughts about the company are that they have some issues. We're paying for the priciest package, but sometimes our account gets shut down for weeks. Talking to support is okay, but then we get switched to a new person who doesn't seem to read what we've said before. It's like starting over. They blame us for all the problems instead of fixing things on their end.

Honestly, Sendgrid's support is the worst I've ever seen! I tried to pay my bill but they can't give me access to my account because my dedicated IP changed! I also gave them my driver's license, phone number (used for 2FA), and credit card info (with expiry date). Five different level-1 support reps have handled this, and after 6 weeks, it's still not fixed.
