My YTC2, which had
by Joan Baldrich

My YTC2, which had a sweet lifetime license, just decided to go on vacation and stopped working. Bummer, right? So, I hit up support, and they told me there's a glitch and a fix is coming soon. But, surprise, surprise – no update showed up. Checked again, and now they're dropping the bomb that there won't be an update, and I gotta ditch my lifetime pass for a subscription. They threw in a sweet deal for the first year, but after that, brace yourself for a price hike. Support was nice, but seriously, not stoked about my lifetime pass turning into a pumpkin. Time to shop around for a new dance partner for the next 12 months.

I, like many others
by Anonymous

I, like many others, had a lifetime YouTube Converter subscription that I lost when they dropped support. The only option they offered was to buy the whole kit for $300 or subscribe for $1 and then $35. It's disappointing that they wouldn't provide a fair transition for their loyal customers. I've lost trust in them and won't be making any more purchases. Anyone considering buying from Softorino should be aware that they might do this again in the future, as they believe it's within their rights according to their terms and conditions. It's a shame, but I'll be looking for alternatives from now on.

The product initially performed
by Ian

The product initially performed adequately, but it encountered a critical issue over 5 months ago. Transferring music with Waltr Pro no longer includes cover art, and the device displays random artwork for other titles. Additionally, the software incessantly prompts users to purchase other products upon startup. Despite reporting these issues to support, the only response has been acknowledgment of a "known problem" with no resolution in sight. With no updates in six months, the software remains unusable. Refund is sought as the software fails to meet its intended purpose.

I appreciate the program's functionality
by Scott

I appreciate the program's functionality, but it becomes problematic with recurrent issues hindering its continuous operation. The challenge arises particularly during iTunes updates, causing a persistent cycle of failed loading attempts, revolving around the installation of Apple drivers and mandatory reboots. Unfortunately, support response time is sluggish, and despite multiple attempts, I remain stuck in the frustrating loop without a resolution. Attempts to install with or without Windows have proven unsuccessful, leaving me patiently awaiting a solution.

Softorino's acquisition of the Beamer
by Mike Miller.

Softorino's acquisition of the Beamer 3 App, widely used by Mac users for movie streaming, has left many frustrated. The attempt to coerce users into a hefty $300 full license for Beamer 4 or an annual subscription feels exploitative, especially considering the original Beamer app cost only $15. Discontinuing the download of the former app for existing customers adds to the discontent. The relentless email bombardment, despite user requests to desist, paints a picture of a company driven by greed, sparking mixed reviews on platforms like Trustpilot.

Softorino continues to offer great
by Bethany

Softorino continues to offer great apps at an acceptable price point. While I'm not a big fan of the new subscription model, the current pricing for multiple apps is reasonable. I've been using Softorino apps since their inception, consistently upgrading and paying because of their genuine utility. The support they provide is commendable, as they swiftly resolved an issue I had with a license. Keep up the good work and continue delivering these fantastic apps.

I appreciate the software's initial
by Chess

I appreciate the software's initial appeal; however, issues arose after purchasing the Universal License Subscription. Unfortunately, encountering problems and a lack of support led me to request a refund. Communication missteps, such as assuming I was in France and charging me in euros, further added to the frustration. As a French Canadian with limited English fluency, the experience was regrettable, prompting my decision to seek a return.

I purchased a new Softorino
by A F.

I purchased a new Softorino YouTube converter license, but the initial one sent via mail failed to activate. After reaching out to support, I faced unresponsive assistance. Resorting to online searches, multiple license requests were futile. Eventually, after navigating through various pages, a different license proved functional. The support experience was unhelpful, requiring unnecessary efforts.

I appreciate the software's functionality
by Pierre Chagnon

I appreciate the software's functionality; it's good. However, my experience soured after purchasing the Universal License Subscription. Numerous issues arose, exacerbated by a lack of assistance. Being a French Canadian, the language barrier was heightened. The billing mishap charged me in euros, assuming I was in France. Sadly, this led me to seek a refund, leaving me with regret.

I'm so thankful to the company
by Helen V

I'm so thankful to the company for offering me a discounted rate when I found out my old app couldn't be used with the new Mac OS. It gave me the opportunity to try the full suite for an amazing price this year. It was an easy decision since I love their software, and now I can decide if I will keep paying the standard yearly fee in the future. So far, the apps work great!

Softorino's SYC2 app was advertised
by Dave M

Softorino's SYC2 app was advertised to allow users to download files from Youtube, however upon usage, they discovered the app wasn't working as intended. Even after raising the issue with Softorino they failed to address it, instead opting to cancel the app and push customers towards their subscription model. Many users were left dissatisfied and frustrated.

I can't belive it! I've been at it for almost a month
by Marion

I can't belive it! I've been at it for almost a month, trying to get music onto my iPod classic without dealing with iTunes, which is such a pain. Apple makes it so tough because they control everything... But not this time! And finally, I found the software that let me do it—Softorino’s WALTR PRO. So a huge thanks, it’s fantastic!!!

Got this thing for a year
by Donald N

Got this thing for a year, all good, and then bam – it decides to ghost my Mac. They tease an upgrade for a sweet $1, so I take the bait. But hold up, got hit with a message saying it still won't vibe with my Mac version, and I need another upgrade. Money down the drain, and time wasted. Not exactly the tech love story I signed up for.

Seems like a cash-hungry operation.
by Jahmas

Seems like a cash-hungry operation. Tried adjusting folder colors using a seemingly free app, managed one change before it insisted on a hefty $35 annual subscription. If the pricing was fair and not subscription-based, I might have given it a shot. Ended up settling for a free alternative instead.

I got THREE universal
by Paul C

I got THREE universal licenses back in May 2023 using two different email accounts, and none of them gets me past that dang subscription panel. I've reached out to their support team, sending them dozens of emails at [email protected], but guess what? Not a single useful answer.

I've used a few of Softorino's apps over the last few years and have always been happy with my purchase, the product and customer support. Their new support for Beamer is a terrific win and I hopped on their special pricing, happy I did!

by Anonymous

I acquired a license for this software tool and employed it around four times. Unfortunately, the license doesn't align with Version 4, compelling me to download Version 3, which is currently non-functional.

Seriously, they pull the ol' switcheroo on the running strip functions, making you think you need the latest version. Not cool! Total hands-off situation. Who needs that kind of hassle?

Getting help from their support
by Mike D

Getting help from their support team is like talking to a brick wall. They claim to be available round the clock, but it's just a gimmick. Don't expect any assistance when you need it.

Disappointing experience with the company. Invested $40 in a program that failed to function. Seeking a refund as the financial strain is tough, and losing $40 is disheartening.

This company needs to fix their stuff. Took me two days to sort my songs on my Classic iPod until I got the software. After that, it was a smooth sailing!
