Signed up with my Google account and was building a project wiki in 10 minutes. The block editor feels natural, databases are flexible, and the templates explain themselves. Minimal learning curve and clean navigation tabs.

When a process changed, updating one database view carried through everywhere. Importing old docs took time, but the outcome is a single source of truth that actually stays current.

I've been living in Europe for a while and use a European card now, but because I previously used a Russian card, they are going to cancel my recent subscription and delete all my data. Consider carefully before supporting them, as it might come back to haunt you.

not dependable, you might lose all your information and there is no assistance from support they told me to get someone else to invite you to the project and still it didnt work. I will never use online cloud service for my notes. better to keep it local and secure.

Notion gave us $1000 in credit to test their service, but it expired after a year. We didn't use it and the account stayed inactive. Without notice, they started charging us monthly. It took nearly a year to notice. They only refunded the last month. Sneaks.

Watch out for Notion and its cancelation policy. If you purchase an useless AI module and later decide to cancel, you'll be denied and money won't be returned nor credited for another product. When canceling some users in an yearly subscription, you get credits for next year. No refund requests will work. Support service misleads; initially confirms invoice change, then after a week claims it's impossible. If you own a business, you know invoices can be changed or refunded. If trying Notion, opt for monthly plan, not annual. Otherwise, no changes allowed, and max amount will be charged.

I used Notion for a while when I started and it was useful. We stopped using them about a year ago after moving all over to Google Workspace. We forgot to cancel the billing but when we noticed the charge they were quick to help cancel and refund, which is not normally the case (thank you Jim from the billing team).

Notion zseniálisan szabad. És pont ezért az elején szétesik, ha nincs rendszer. Frusztrált voltam, aztán építettem sablonokat, és helyére kattant minden. AI okos, de nem varázspálca.

Regisztráció azonnal, sablonokkal indultam. A blokkok és adatbázisok elsőre furák, de a súgó és videók jól végigvezetnek. Tanulópont: relációk-logika. Az AI összefoglalók imádnivalók, gyorsan belaktuk csapatban.

Imádom, hogy minden projekt és SOP egy helyen él. Nagy táblák néha belassulnak és offline tudás sekély. Még így is megéri, mert kiváltott három másik eszközt.

Chatben pár perc alatt válaszoltak. Érthető példákkal segítettek a relációs adatbázisnál. A gond megoldva.

Imádom, de a kereső válogat

Lelkes vagyok a linkelt adatbázisokért, mégis dühít, amikor a kereső nem talál beágyazott elemeket. Ettől függetlenül napi szinten használom.

Rugalmas indulás, jó sablonok

Fióknyitás egyszerű, csapatmeghívás pár lépés. A sablonok segítenek projekt és wiki beállításban. Tanulási pont a jogosultságok finomhangolása volt, de a súgócikkek és videók jól vezettek.

Egy nézet váltás mindent vitt

Táblázatból átváltottam kanbanra, és hirtelen átlátható lett a heti munkám. Fellélegeztem. Nem hittem, hogy ennyit számít egy nézet.
