Stay away from this company – unwanted charges & poor customer support
I canceled my LiveChat account nearly a year ago, but suddenly, they began charging my card again in December, January, and February. I reached out to them asking for a refund, but they refused, even though I had canceled my account a long time ago. This company seems dishonest, and their billing methods raise a lot of red flags.
I’ve had to request a chargeback through Capital One to get my money back. Also, their service is overpriced for what it provides. You're better off using Zoho Chatbot, which offers much better value and support. Stay away from LiveChat!
